Water is turned on mid April and off mid October weather permitting

Bath house open through the first week of December.
All sites have water and 30 amp electric service, some have sewer.
Rates start at $1,400 plus 5% Township tax and are based on sewage, size and location.

Payment schedule. 11/15 $100 deposit to hold your site for the next season 2/28.... 1/2 of the balance and 4/30 remaining balance.

Electric is metered. We have a portable sewage pump to pump out the non- sewered sites. for a $3.00 charge or you can empty your waste in our Dump Station. Week end- pump outs only in an emergency.

There is an overnight charge of $4.00 for guests that are not immediate family members.

The seasonal sites cannot be sublet, be used by non-immediate family members and cannot be used as a summer residence. The camper and your boat can be left on your site all year.
