Deposit returned if cancellation is made 10 days prior to arrival.  Quiet hours.......11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.  If you are looking for a place to party and be loud, this is not the place.

Woodland is conveniently located on Bakers Hollow Road, 1 miles from the entrance to Seven Points Recreation Area
Within 1.5 miles is a full service Bait & Grocery Store open mid April through mid October
